HOW TO MAKE TOILET CLEANER

     Toilet cleaner is made by the help of chemicals and quantity of each of the chemicals

CHEMICALS AND QUANTITY

1. CHLORINE -------- 1KG OF CHLORINE AS THE QUANTITY
2. CAUSTIC SODA --- 1/2KG OF CAUSTIC SODA AS THE QUANTITY
3. SODIUM CARBONATE ---- 1KG OF SODIUM CARBONATE AS THE QUANTITY
4. HYDROGEN PEROXIDE ---- 1/4KG OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AS THE QUANTITY
5. NATROSOL ------------------- 1/8KG OF NATROSOL AS THE QUANTITY
6. SODA ASH -------------------- 1/2KG OF SODA ASH AS THE QUANTITY
7. SULPHURIC ACID ------------ 1LITRE OF SULPHURIC ACID AS THE QUANTITY
8. COLORANT ------------------- AS DESIRED
9. FRAGRANCE ---------------- AS DESIRED
10. WATER -------------------------- 25LITRES

PRODUCTION STEPS
    The production has three steps

  PART ONE STEPS

1. Pour the chlorine,caustic soda and sodium carbonate in a bowl
2. Pour 10litres of water into a bowl containing the caustic soda and sodium carbonate then stir very well and soak for 12hours

  PART TWO STEPS

1. Add 1/8kg of Natrosol in 15litres of water and stir it very well to dissolve completely
2. Dissolve 1/2kg of Soda Ash in 2litres of water separately and add to the natrosol water then stir
3. Add sulphuric acid and stir very well again 

  PART THREE STEPS

1. Add part one and part two together and stir very very well 
2. Add Hydrogen Peroxide,Colour,Fragrance then stir it very well

                                                             

PRODUCTION OF STARCH

                 Starch is in form of powder or spray or it is powder or spray made from starch which is used before ironing to STIFFEN FABRICS or clothing.It is also a tasteless,soft,white powder that is insoluble in cold water,or any other solvent like ALCOHOL.The basic chemical formular for starch is (C6H10O5).

HOW TO MAKE STARCH

1. STARCH (LOCAL CASSAVA) ---- 1KG OF STARCH(LOCAL CASSAVA) AS THE QUANTITY
2. P.V.A ------------------------------- 1/4KG OF P.V.A AS THE QUANTITY
3. PERFUME -------------------------- LITTLE QUANTITY OF PERFUME 
4. FORMALIN (PRESERVATIVE) --- LITTLE QUANTITY OF FORMALIN
5. WATER ---------------------------- 5LITRES OF WATER AS THE QUANTITY

STEPS FOR PRODUCTION

• Pour the starch (local cassava) in a bowl
• Add the 5litres of water and mix the starch to dissolve completely to form liquid
• Add P.V.A and stir very well again
• Add formalin and perfume and stir very well again
• Package the starch in bottles.

              Bleach is a chemicals which is use use to remove colour,whiten or disinfect.It works by the process of OXIDATION or alternation of a compound by the introduction of OXYGEN MOLECULES also  is a chemicals that is derived from a natural resources used to whiten FABRICS

 PRODUCTION STEPS
 

• Pour chlorine,Caustic Soda,and Soda Ash in a bowl and mix it very very well
• Add the 20litres of water to the mixture and then stir it very well 
• Then leave it for about 24hours and then sieve it before use

PRODUCRTION OF DETERGENT

         Detergent is a water-soluble agent which is combines with the impurities and dirt to make it more soluble.It is a mixture of SURFACTANT and a cleaning agent that is use or helps to remove dirt and grease from POROUS surfaces such as FABRICS,CLOTHE and NON-Porous surfaces such as TREATED WOOD,PLASTICS

     Before DETERGENT can be made,it requires some CHEMICALS AND QUANTITY of each of the CHEMICALS

1. PALM KERNEL OIL P.K.O ----- 4LITRES OF PALM KERNEL P.K.O AS THE QUANTITY

3. SODA ASH ----------------------- 1KG OF SODA ASH AS THE QUANTITY
4. HYDROGEN PEROXIDE(H2O2) ---- 1/4LITRE OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AS THE QUANTITY
5.  AMMONIA --------------------------- VERY LITTLE
6. INDUSTRIAL SALT ------------------- 1/2KG OF INDUSTRIAL SALT AS THE QUANTITY
7. COLOUR ------------------------------- AS DESIRED
8. FRAGRANCE -------------------------- AS DESIRED 
9. FOAMING AGENT -------------------- 1LITRE

PRODUCTION STEPS

1. Get two separate bowls each containing 3litres of water
2. Pour the caustic soda into one bowl and soda ash into another bowl and leave it for about 72hours or 3days.so after 72days or 3days,
3. Pour P.K.O into a big bowl,add the caustic soda water and soda ash water and then stir very well 
4. Add hydrogen peroxide,ammonia,industrial salt and the foaming agent then stir it 
5. Add colour and fragrance and stir it very well 
6. Spread it under the sun in other to get dry.At this stage,the liquid mixture will turn solid upon drying 
7. At this stage,break the solid into pieces and the grate it or dry to powder and sieve

          

PRODUCTION OF BAR SOAP

  

          Bar soap is a SURFACANT that is use in conjuction of water for washing things like cloth,plate,bag,e.t.c also for cleaning.

    Before BAR SOAP can be made,it requires some CHEMICALS and QUANTITY of each CHEMICALS

1. PALM KERNEL OIL P.K.O ---- 3LITRE OF PALM KERNEL OIL P.K.O AS THE QUANTITY
2. CAUSTIC SODA --------------- 1KG OF CAUSTIC SODA AS THE QUANTITY
3. SODA ASH --------------------- 1KG OF SODA ASH AS THE QUANTITY
4. SODIUM SILICATE ------------ 1LITRE OF SODIUM SILICATE AS THE QUANTITY 
5. SODIUM SULPHATE ----------- 1KG OF SODIUM SULPHATE AS THE QUANTITY
6. COLOUR ------------------------ TO YOUR TASTE
7. FRANGRANCE ------------------ TO YOUR TASTE

STEPS FOR PRODUCTION

• Get three separate bowls each containing 3litres of water
• pour the CAUSTIC SODA into a bowl and SODA ASH into the second bowl and SODIUM SULPHATE in the thirsd bowl and them leave it for at least 72hourss or better still 3days.So after 72hours or 3days,
• Heat the P.K.O in other to make it warm and pour it into a very large container for mixing
• Mix the CAUSTIC SODA water ,SODA ASH water and SODIUM SULPHATE water together in a big bowl and then stir it very well 
• Add SODIUM SILICATE then stir it very well 
• Add your preferred COLOUR AND FRAGRANCE then stir it all together,so by now you should have a PAP-like solution
• Pour the PAP-like solution into moulds that habe already been covered with nylon and allow it to dry it becomes very strong 
• Remove the nylon and cut the slap into various sizes or your preferred size.
• So by now the BAR SOAP is ready for use

  

PRODUCTION OF SHAMPOO(20 LITRE)

           Shampoo is hair product which is in form of viscous liquid that is used for cleaning hair.It is also used for removing the unwanted build-up in the hair without stripping out to much of SEBUM so as to make the hair unmanageable likewise it is available for people that have DANDRUFF in their hair.

HOW TO MAKE SHAMPOO FOR 20LITRE

       Before the SHAMPOO is made,it requires some CHEMICALS and quantity of each of the CHEMICALS

1. NATROSOL ---- 1/8KG OF NATROSOL AS THE QUANTITY
2. SLS ------------- 1/4KG OF SLS AS THE QUANTITY
3. SODA ASH ----- 1/4KG OF SODA ASH AS THE QUANTITY
4. SULPHURIC ACID ----- 1/2LITRE OF SULPHURIC ACID AS THE QUANTITY
5. TEXAPOR --------------- 1/4KG OF TEXAPOR AS THE QUANTITY
6. PROPYL GLYCOL OR METHYL PROPYL OR PROPYLENE --- 1/4LITRE OF ANY ONE OF IT AS THE QUANTITY
7. GLYCERIN --------------- 1/2LITRES OF GLYCERIN AS THE QUANTITY
8. COLOUR(ANY) ---------- TO YOUR TASTE
9. FRAGRANCE ------------- TO YOUR TASTE

 STEPS FOR PRODUCTION

•  Add 1/8kg of NATROSOL in 15litres of water to dissolve completely and stir it very well
• Add 1/4kg of SLS in 2litres of water separately and add it to step one,then stir 
• Dissolve 1/4kg of SODA ASH in 2litre of water separately and add it to step one again,then stir
• Add SULPHURIC ACID and TEXAPOR one after the other,then stir it very well until you have a smooth blend.In that process,(FOAMING REACTION would be noticed.that is, you will notice a FOAMING REACTION )
• Add GLYCERIN and PROPYL GLYCOL OR METHYL PROPYL OR PROPYLENE and stir
• Add any COLOUR of your choice but dissolve in little water first
• Add FRAGRANCE(lemon,rose,banana,blue water or strawberry or any other) in other to give it a good SCENT
• Stir it very well and leave it for about 30 minutes for it to get SETTLE AND FERMENT

          

 
       

PRODUCTION OF MULTIPURPOSE LIQUID SOAP(20LITRE)

          Multipurpose liquid soap is used for washing things like plate,kitchen,wares,toilet,any kind of cloth,WC,cars and even tiles and so on.Before the MULTIPURPOSE LIQUID SOAP can be made,it requires some materials or ingredient which are the CHEMICALS AND QUANTITY.

CHEMICALS AND QUANTITY

1. NATROSOL -- 1/8KG OF NATROSOL AS THE QUANTITY
2. SLS ------------------------- 1/2KG OF SLS AS THE QUANTITY
3. SODA ASH --------------- 1/2KG OF SODA ASH AS THE QUANTITY
4. SULPHURIC ACID -----1LITRE OF SULPHURIC ACID AS THE QUANTITY
5. TEXAPOR ----------------- 1/4KG OF TEXAPOR AS THE QUANTITY
6. COLOUR(ANY) ---------- TO YOUR TASTE
