1. Mix number 1-5 together in a heating pot
2. Turn on the heat,until the mixture is hot

4. Turn on the heat,until the mix is very hot
5. Mix both pots together with continuous stirring,turn off the heat 
6. Add perfume and colour as desired,as the temperatures cools

STEPS FOR PRODUCTION

1. Get two seperate bowl each containing 3litres of water 
2. Pour the caustic soda into one bowl and soda ash into the other bowl and leave it for at least 72hours or 3days 
3. Pour the P.K.O and coconut oil together in  bowl and start stirring
4. Add the caustic soda water and the soda ash that has been left for 72hours or 3days into the bowl and stir
5. Add the sodium silicate and continue stirring 
6. Then add glycerin,pink oil,tricolans and fragrance 
7. Continue stirring and add colour until all the chemicals have mixed very well 
8. Pour into soap moulds and allow it to solidify

1. Pour the caustic soda into a bowl containing 3litres of water and leave it for at least 72hours or 3days.After 72hours or 3days 
2. Pour the caustic soda water into a heating pot and start heating
3. Pour all the coconut oil into the heating pot and then continue heating 
4. When it is warm,add colourant and mix properly till it uniformly blend
5. when all have blended,add sodium silicate and turn and then off the heater
6. Add fragrance when the temperature cools 
7. Stir slowly and pour into moulds and leave it to solidify

• Add 3spoons of SLS(POWDER FORM) to the Calcium Carbonate and stir very well

PRODUCTION STEPS
    The production has three steps

  PART ONE STEPS

1. Pour the chlorine,caustic soda and sodium carbonate in a bowl
2. Pour 10litres of water into a bowl containing the caustic soda and sodium carbonate then stir very well and soak for 12hours

  PART TWO STEPS

1. Add 1/8kg of Natrosol in 15litres of water and stir it very well to dissolve completely
2. Dissolve 1/2kg of Soda Ash in 2litres of water separately and add to the natrosol water then stir
3. Add sulphuric acid and stir very well again 

  PART THREE STEPS

1. Add part one and part two together and stir very very well 
2. Add Hydrogen Peroxide,Colour,Fragrance then stir it very well

                                                             

PRODUCTION OF STARCH

                 Starch is in form of powder or spray or it is powder or spray made from starch which is used before ironing to STIFFEN FABRICS or clothing.It is also a tasteless,soft,white powder that is insoluble in cold water,or any other solvent like ALCOHOL.The basic chemical formular for starch is (C6H10O5).

• Pour the starch (local cassava) in a bowl
• Add the 5litres of water and mix the starch to dissolve completely to form liquid
• Add P.V.A and stir very well again
• Add formalin and perfume and stir very well again
• Package the starch in bottles.
