         Body cream is a sticky mixture of water and oil which contains a higher viscosity.It penetrates the skin and provide a barrier that prevent more moisture loss from the skin also is used in rubbing the skin after bath,it is used to cure where spot is on the skin of the body

HOW TO MAKE BODY CREAM
 
  Body cream is made by the help of chemicals and quantity of each of the chemicals 


CHEMICALS AND QUANTITY 

1. PETROLEUM JELLY ------ 1KG OF PETROLEUM JELLY AS THE QUANTITY
2. ACETYL ALCOHOL ------ 1/2KG OF ACETYL ALCOHOL AS THE QUANTITY
3. EMULSIFYING WAX(CRUDE) ----- 1/4KG OF EMULSIFYING WAX(CRUDE)AS THE QUANTITY
4. PARAFFIN OIL -------------------- 5LITRES OF PARAFFIN OIL AS THE QUANTITY 
5. STEARIC- ACID ------------------- 1/2KG OF STEARIC-ACID AS THE QUANTITY
6. PROPYL GLYCOL ----------------- 1/4LITRES OF PROPYL GLYCOL AS THE QUANTITY 
7. WATER ------------------------------ 1LITRES OF WATER AS THE QUANTITY
8. METHYL PARABEN ---------------- 1/8KG OF METHYL PARABEN AS THE QUANTITY
9. FRAGRANCE ------------------------ AS DESIRED 
10. COLOURANT ------------------------ AS DESIRED  

 PRODUCTION STEPS

1. Mix number 1-5 together in a heating pot
2. Turn on the heat,until the mixture is hot
3. Also mix number 6-8 in a separate heating pot
4. Turn on the heat,until the mix is very hot
5. Mix both pots together with continuous stirring,turn off the heat 
6. Add perfume and colour as desired,as the temperatures cools
