               Hair relaxer is used to relax the hair when the hair is dirty or rough.It cleans the hair after use and make the hair to be darker that it was before after use and it soften the hair.

HOW TO MAKE HAIR RELAXER


Hair relaxer is made by the use of chemicals and quantity of each of the chemicals


CHEMICALS AND QUANTITY

1. STESRIC-ACID ------ 1kg of stearic-acid as the quantity
2. PETROLEUM JELLY ---- 2kg of petroleum jelly as the quantity
3. LANOLIN ---------------- 1/2kg of lanolin as the quantity
4. ACETYL ALCOHOL ------ 1/2litres of acetyl alcohol as the quantity 
5. PARAFFIN OIL ------------ 5litres of paraffin oil as the quantity
6. SODA ASH ----------------- 1/2kg of soda ash as the quantity
7. GLYCERIN ------------------ 1/2litres of glycerin as the quantity 
8. PROPYLENE GLYCOL ------ 1/2litres of propylene as the quantity 
9. DEHYDRATED WAX --------- 1/4kg of dehydrated wax a the quantity
10. METHYL PARABEN ---------- 1/4kg of methyl paraben as the quantity 

 PRODUCTION STEPS

1. Pour the paraffin oil into the pot and heat until it is warm 
2. Add the petroleum and lanolin to the hot mineral oil in the pot
3. Then add dehydrated wax,stearic-acid and acetyl alcohol
4. Dissolve the caustic soda with a little quantity of water in a small container and add it to the pot
5. Add the propylene glycol,glycerin and methyl paraben and continue heating mildly until they have dissolve completely and allow it to cool
