PRODUCTION OF HAIR CREAM

    Hair cream is used for rubbing the hair to soften the hair and is also use for Dandruff.

HOW TO MAKE HAIR CREAM

Hair cream is made by the use of chemicals and quantity of each of the chemicals

CHEMICALS AND QUANTITY

1. PARAFFIN OIL ----- 5litres of paraffin oil as the quantity
2. PETROLEUM JELLY --- 1kg of petroleum jelly as the quantity
3. LANOLIN --------------- 1/2kg of lanolin as the quantity
4. PARAFFIN WAX -------- 1/8kg of paraffin wax as the quantity
5. COLOURANT ------------ As desired 
6. FRAGRANCE ------------- As desire

STEPS FOR PRODUCTION

• Put the heating pot on the stove and turn it on
• Pour the paraffin oil into the heating pot and heat for some time
• Cut the wax into small chips and add it to the oil to melt
• Add the petroleum jelly into the heating pot and continue stirring 
• Add the lanolin and continue stirring until all have mixed well 
• Sample the texture of the product by scooping a little amount of the liquid cream,cool it and test that it melts your standard.If it is too watery add more wax.If on the other hand is too hard you should add more paraffin oil and jelly
• When the right texture is achieved,turn of the stove and allow it to cool for some time 
• Add the colourant and fragrance and stir for few minutes.
