PRODUCTION OF MEDICATED CREAM

          Medicated Cream is used to to treat small patches of itchy  red,dry and inflated skin caused by DEMATITIS OR ECZEMA.It is very good for the skin because after it has been rubbed to the affected area on the skin,it make the skin to look for good and smooth

 

HOW TO MAKE MEDICATED CREAM 

 Medicated cream is been made by the help of chemicals 

CHEMICALS AND QUANTITY

1. PETROLEUM JELLY ----- 1litres of petroleum jelly as the quantity
2. PARAFFIN OIL ----------- 5litres of paraffin oil as the quantity 
3. PARAFFIN WAX ---------- 1/4kg of paraffin wax as the quantity
4. LANOLIN ------------------ 1/8kg of lanolin as the quantity
5. SULPHUR ------------------- Little
6. ZINC OXIDE ---------------- Little
7. CARBOLIC ACID ----------- Little
8. FRAGRANCE ---------------- As desired
9. COLOURANT ---------------- As desired 

PRODUCTION STEPS

• Pour the paraffin oil into the heating pot and turn on the stove 
• Add the petroleum jelly and paraffin wax for melting 
• Turn off the heater,then add zinc oxide,sulphur,carbolic acid and perfume then stir 
• Lastly,add colour and stir and leave it to cool
