PRODUCTION OF HAIR CONDITIONER


           Hair conditioner are often a viscous fluid which is applied to the hair and massaged into the hair.It also changes the texture and appearance or look of the hair.

HOW TO MAKE HAIR CONDITIONER 

    Hair conditioner is made by the use of chemicals and quantity of each of the chemicals


CHEMICALS AND QUANTITY

  1. PARAFFIN OIL ------ 5kg of paraffin oil as the quantity
  2. ACETYL ALCOHOL ----1/4kg of acetyl alcohol as the quantity
  3. LANOLIN -------- ------- 1/2kg of lanolin as the quantity 
  4. CRODA WAX ------------ 1/4kg of croda wax as the quantity
  5. METHYL PARABEN ----- 1/4 kg of mehyl paraben as the quantity
  6. ANTISOL ------------------ 1/8kg of Antisol as the quantity
  7. GLYCERIN------------------ 1/2 litre of glycerine as the quantity
  8. COLOURANT --------------- As desired  
  9. FRAGRANCE ---------------- As desired 
  10. WATER ------------------------ 10 litres of water as the quantity.

 PRODUCTION STEPS
  1. Dissolve the Antisol in 10 litres of water and leave over night for melting and thickening so By Morning,
  2. Pour paraffin oil into the heating pot and put on the stove for heating.
  3. Add the croda wax,lanolin,methyl paraben and acetyl alcohol into the pot one after the other,stir very well to ensure all chemicals have melted,then turn off the stove.
  4. Add the contents of the pot into the antisol and then stir very well.
  5. Add glycerin and fragrance.
  6. Stir very well and you will have the smooth and creamy paste of a conditioner.
