PRODUCTION OF HAIR STYLING GEL

             Hair styling gel is a hair styling product that is used in stiffen hair into a particular hairstyle.

HOW TO MAKE HAIR STYLING GEL

      Hair styling gel is made by the use of chemicals and quantity of each of the chemicals.

 

CHEMICALS AND QUANTITY

1. NATROSOL -------- 1/2kg of Natrosol as the quantity
2. METHYL PARABEN ---- 1/4kg of methyl paraben as the quantity
3. I.P.A----------------------- 5 litres of I.P.A as the quantity
4. ETHANOL ---------------- 1litres of ethanol as the quantity
5. FRAGRANCE ------------- As desired 
6. COLOUR ------------------ As desired
7. WATER --------------------- 4litres of water as the quantity    

 STEPS FOR PRODUCTION

1. Dissolve the colourant in  the water and stir it very well till it has completely dissolved  
2. Add the Natrosol to the water and stir properly to obtain a smooth thick gel 
3. Dissolve the methyl paraben with little water and add the mixture to one above
4. Add ethanol gradually and stir properly 
5. Add the I.P.A and stir continuously until a creamy smooth paste is formed 
6. Add fragrance and stir it homogenize
