PRODUCTION OF DETTOL

               Dettol is a contracted antiseptic which provide full protection against bacteria which can cause illness.

HOW TO MAKE DETTOL

 Dettol is made by the use of chemicals and quantity of each of the chemicals.

CHEMICALS AND QUANTITY

1. PINE OIL ---------- 1/4litre of pine oil as the quantity.
2. PHENOL ----------- 1/4litre of Phenol as the quantity.
3. CHLOROZYNOL ---- 1/4litres of Chlorozynol as the quantity.
4. TEXAPOR ----------- 1/8kg of Texapor as the quantity.
5. METHANOL --------- 2litres of Methanol as the quantity.
6. DETTOL COLOUR --- Optional ( little  

STEPS FOR PRODUCTION

1. Add pine oil,phenol,texapor and chlorozynol in a container,
2. Mix and stir properly.
3. Add Methanol and stir properly
