PRODUCTION OF IZZAL

 

CHEMICALS AND QUANTITY

1. CARBOLIC ACID ----------- 1/4litre of carbolic acid as the quantity.
2. PHENOL ---------------------- 1/4litre of phenol as the quantity.
3. WHITENER -------------------- 1/4litre of whitener as the quantity.
4. PINE OIL ----------------------- 1/4litre of pine oil as the quantity.
5. CONCENTRATE ---------------- 1/4litre of concentrate as the quantity.
6. TEXAPOR ------------------------ 1/8litre of texapor as the quantity.
7. BOOSTER ------------------------- 1/4litre of booster as the quantity.
8.  WATER ----------------------------- Up to 10litres of water as the quantity

PRODUCTION STEPS

1. Pour pine oil,phenol,texapor,booster,whitener,concentrate and carbolic acid into a keg and shake very well.
2. Add water and shake properly again.

 NOTE---Izzal chemicals are very harmful to the skin,so to avoid contact with the skin,it is advisable to pour all into a keg,close tightly and shake vigorously in other to mix them all.
